Gina Rose I took a chance on this sourdough, I don't do well with wheat flour but I thought a sour dough bread made from scratch could avoid the discomfort I get with regular bread. This bread was wonderful! It has a crusty exterior and a soft interior, and best of all gave me no gastric discomfort at all!
