Hi, we are Nidhi and Andrew, a husband-wife baker team. I like to call myself the head-baker and Andrew the assistant baker of our small cottage-food licensed bakery. We are passionate about consuming and providing our family (now including our family of customers) with food as close to how nature intended it to be. At our bakery, we focus on sourdough breads which are made using 3 basic ingredients - flour, water and salt. We believe in keeping things simple. We strive to use minimally processed ingredients in all our products. Our sourdough breads are how it all started. We have now expanded our offerings to some specialty pastries and granola- all made from scratch with ingredients we are proud of using. We started our business in March 2022 and the love we have received from our community has helped us grow. The kind of connections we have made and the sense of community we have gained through bread is well beyond our wildest imagination. We would love to get the opportunity to bake for you.
